the visuals are annoying
just all the swirling bright colors it hurts the eyes

By the way, the game has the option to set the background to day and night mode. Doesn't this help reduce eye strain? Can you try it and let me know? The buttons to select day and night are right below the character: a yellow button with a sun symbol and a blue button with a moon symbol.
